Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Standard Royal Mail Parcel Delivery or one of TFC nominated courier services.

TFC aim to deliver your parcel with 5 - 7 days depending on location and delivery type.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Please ensure you forward your contact phone number and any special delivery instructions.

TFc do not accept reponsibilty for goods that can not be delivered due to no recipient being availble at the delivery address.

TFC can only accept returns if reported to top footy coaching within 1 day of receipt of your goods. Goods that have been used will not be refunded against. In all cases a returns number authorisation code needs to be confirmed with TFC, otherwise  faulty goods cannot be accpeted.

TFC will only despatch new goods or refund monies on receipt and inspection of the returned goods to TFC.
