Some of the main elements, TFC hope you will enjoy from your participation in our fitness club.
We only use experienced trainers with emergency first aid training to guide and support all menbers of the group, utalising our knowledge and expertease in Sports Science & Physiology to underpin our programs.
TFC provide, all you need to know about your health and well being and how to attain your desired level of fitness.
We have a qualified Sport Science Advisor employed to help you get to your next level of attainment.
TFC offer an 8 week course of 60 minute sessions, to help improve fitness levels including your health and well being through a planned and monitored program of instruction.
We use a full range of statistical methods to inform and communicate results so you can monitor your own personal progression.
Week 1 - Induction & 1st Session (including basic stats recording)
Week 2 - 8 Sessions include all outdoor activity exercices
Through out the program we will record your stats and deliver well being sessions on dietary sollutions.

Warm up with Gentle Walking or Jogging & Stretching
Agilty Exercises
Aerobic Exercises - Low Intensity but Long Duration
Anaerobic Exercices - High Intensity but Limited Duration
Fitness Tests
Cool Down & Stretches
Office Based Feedback & Stats Recording & Well Being Information
Based on fundemental footy & sports exercises with our added sport science input. TFC can offer you a controlled and managed exercise program to support and improve your Health & Well being aspirations.
